1. Information we collect

Information you give us. Your name, email address, company or role details, project descriptions, and anything else you include in forms, emails, calls or other communications with us.

Information collected automatically. Your IP address and the approximate location derived from it (country, region, city and postal code); your internet service provider and network or organization; browser, operating system and device type; screen and window size; language, time zone and display preferences; the website, search engine or link that referred you, and any campaign or advertising parameters in it; the pages you view, how long you spend on each, how far you scroll, the links and buttons you click and the path you take through the Site; the dates and times of your visits; and similar usage and diagnostic information.

Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies, browser storage and similar technologies to recognize your browser over time, remember your choices and record how you use the Site. These currently include the sd_vid cookie (a random visitor number, which your browser sends to us only with the contact form) and the sd_journey (your visit record), sd_consent (your cookie choice) and sd-motion (your “Pause motion” choice) browser storage. We may add or change these technologies, including analytics, advertising and measurement tools provided by third parties.

Information from other sources. We may receive information about you from third parties and public sources, such as business and professional networks, data providers, marketing partners, service providers and publicly available websites, and combine it with the information we collect.

2. How we use information

We may use the information we collect to:

• respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
• evaluate, qualify and follow up on potential projects and business relationships;
• provide, operate, maintain and improve the Site and our services;
• understand how visitors find and use the Site, and measure the effectiveness of our content, outreach and marketing;

• comply with legal obligations and enforce our rights and agreements; and

We may also create aggregated or de-identified information and use it for any purpose.

3. How we share information

We may share information:

• with service providers that perform services for us, such as hosting and content delivery, email delivery, customer relationship management, analytics and communications providers;
• with our affiliates and professional advisers, such as lawyers, accountants and insurers;
• in connection with, or in contemplation of, a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets or similar transaction;
• when we believe it is necessary to comply with law or legal process, to protect the rights, property or safety of us, our users or others, or to investigate fraud or abuse; and
• with your consent or at your direction.

We do not currently sell personal information for money or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that changes, we will update this Policy and provide any choices the law requires.

4. Cookies and your choices

• Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies and site storage. If you do, parts of the Site may work differently.
• We treat the Global Privacy Control signal, which some browsers send, as a request to opt out.
• Visitors in Europe, as indicated by their device’s time zone, are asked before these technologies are used.
• The Site does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals.
• You can stop receiving marketing emails from us at any time using the link in them or by contacting us.

5. How long we keep information

We keep personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to maintain business records, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. The visit record in your browser, and your cookie choice, expire after 13 months. Copies of contact-form submissions are kept in our systems for at least 12 months, and in our email and business records for as long as needed. We may keep de-identified information indefinitely.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, including the right to access it, correct it, delete it, receive a copy of it, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw your consent, and opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or of targeted advertising. To make a request, email hello@superrduperr.com. We may need to verify your identity before responding, and you may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we process personal information on the basis of your consent, to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, for our legitimate interests (such as understanding and developing our business, marketing our services and keeping the Site secure), and to comply with legal obligations. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. International transfers

We are based in the United States. We and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries whose data protection laws may differ from those where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for these transfers.

8. Security

We use reasonable measures designed to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information.

9. Children

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Other websites

The Site may link to websites and services we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

11. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy at any time. When we do, we will post the updated version here and change the effective date. Your continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the updated Policy.
